កាលពីរសៀលថ្ងៃទី១៩ គណៈប្រតិភូដឹកនាំដោយអ្នកអង្គម្ចាស់ ស៊ីសុវត្ថិ សិទ្ធិដែន នៃរាជវង្សកម្ពុជា បានយាងនិងអញ្ជើញទៅបំពេញទស្សនកិច្ចនៅគណៈកម្មាធិការ អាស៊ី អាតពgeneric (Asia Artpiad Committee) ដែលមានលោក លី ហ៊ីប៊ុម (Lee Hee-beom) ជាប្រធាន ដែលមានទីតាំងស្ថិតនៅអគារ C នៃ Gwacheon Penta One ដោយបានបង្ហាញនូវការចាប់អារម្មណ៍យ៉ាងខ្លាំងចំពោះសកម្មភាព និងចក្ខុវិស័យរបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការ។

នៅក្នុងអំឡុងពេលពិភាក្សា លោក ប៉ាក ប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ បានចែករំលែកនូវផែនការសម្រាប់ “Artpiad” ដែលជាគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមនៃព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អូឡាំពិកសិល្បៈ ដែលបច្ចុប្បន្នកំពុងជំរុញដោយគណៈកម្មាធិការ អាស៊ី អាតពgeneric រួមជាមួយនឹងចក្ខុវិស័យសម្រាប់គម្រោងផ្លាស់ប្តូរវប្បធម៌ និងសិល្បៈអន្តរជាតិ។

លោកបានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ថា៖ “សិល្បៈគឺជាតម្លៃដ៏សំខាន់មួយ ដែលភ្ជាប់មនុស្សជាតិឆ្លងកាត់ព្រំដែនជាតិ និងភាសា” ដោយលោកបានបន្ថែមថា “នេះគឺជាយុគសម័យដែលទាមទារឱ្យមានវេទិកាវប្បធម៌អន្តរជាតិថ្មីមួយ ដែលរួមបញ្ចូលគ្នារវាងកីឡានិងសិល្បៈ។ ដោយសារឆ្នាំក្រោយគឺជាខួបលើកទី៣០ ដ៏មានន័យនៃការបង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងការទូតរវាងកូរ៉េខាងត្បូង និងកម្ពុជា យើងសង្ឃឹមយ៉ាងមុតមាំថា ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការផ្នែកវប្បធម៌ និងសិល្បៈរវាងប្រជាជាតិទាំងពីរនឹងត្រូវបានពង្រីកបន្ថែមទៀត“។

On the afternoon of the 19th, a delegation led by Prince Sisowath Sithden of the Cambodian Royal Family visited the Asia Artpiad Committee (Chairman: Lee Hee-beom), located in Building C of Gwacheon Penta One, expressing keen interest in the Committee’s activities and vision.
On that day, Prince Sisowath Sithden and his delegation toured the general office operations and reviewed the major project status of the Committee. Subsequently, they proceeded to the 15th-floor reception hall for a business meeting lasting approximately one hour with Mr. Park Bong-kyu, Chairman of the Cooperation Committee. The meeting was also attended by Mr. Lee Jae-shik, Chairman of the Special Affairs Committee; Mr. Ra Jeong-hyun, Secretary-General; and Professor Lee Woo-chang.
During the discussion, Cooperation Chairman Park shared the plans for “Artpiad,” an Art Olympics initiative currently driven by the Asia Artpiad Committee, along with the vision for international cultural and artistic exchange projects.

He emphasized: *”Art is a vital value that connects humanity across national borders and languages,”* adding, *”This is an era that requires a new international cultural platform that integrates sports and art together. As next year marks the meaningful 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between South Korea and Cambodia, we sincerely hope that cultural and artistic exchanges and cooperation between our two nations will be further expanded.”*
He then recalled the history of how the Art Olympics were removed from the official Olympic disciplines due to disputes surrounding fairness, and explained the necessity of the “Revival of the Art Olympics,” which has recently resurfaced in global discussions. Regarding this matter, Prince Sisowath Sithden expressed his alignment with the vision and goals of the Asia Artpiad Committee, and His Highness officially agreed to accept the position of Advisor to the Committee.
After receiving the official letter of appointment, Prince Sisowath expressed high expectations for his participation in the opening and closing ceremonies of the Asia Artpiad event, which will be held biennially, as well as the AAC Southeast Asia Conference and international conferences involving Middle Eastern and Asian countries. He also expressed his strong determination to continue expanding international cultural and artistic exchanges.
Mr. Lee Jae-shik, Chairman of the Special Affairs Committee, stated: *”The official visit and acceptance of the advisory role by a member of the Cambodian Royal Family is a meaningful occasion that demonstrates the international standing and interest in the Asia Artpiad Committee. We expect that cooperation with the global cultural and art sectors will flourish significantly, reaching far beyond Asia.”*
Meanwhile, the Asia Artpiad Committee is actively promoting various global projects and the movement to revive the Art Olympics, aiming to foster international exchange and cultural peace through art, which serves as a shared cooperative agenda for Asia.
